How to maintain SIGMA KING Rollers

• Clean with aliphatic solvents such as kerosene or with a reliable cleaner. (Use with our NEW ROYAL CLEAN)
• It is recommended that the rollers be cleaned once a day at a minimum.
• Warning: Do not clean rubber rollers with polar solvents such as M.E.K or chlorinated solvents such as Trichloroethylene.

1. Improved ink transferability
Comparing AVANT UV with our conventional UV ink roller, it has a higher impact resilience which improves kneading efficiency of inks and ink transferability.

AVANT UV leads to less heat build-up, prevents decreasing of hardness and becoming tacky by hydrolytic cleavage which enables longer working life.

3. Stability to UV ink
Because AVANT UV is designed especially for UV printing, it has greatly improved the ink dryness on the roller.

AVANT UV has minimal nip change with UV ink and is very stable for extended periods.

5. Very easy to clean
AVANT UV has excellent resistance to roller wash and solvent. You can wash it in shorter period.

6. No need of trial run
After cleaning the roller for switching UV and Conventional Ink, you can start to print at once as trial run is not needed.
