Oil absorbent / filter

• OIL CATCHER is made from highly absorbent polypropylene.
• It selectively absorbs or filters ink and other oil.
• It is very light and can float on water. Easy to collect after use.
• Can store for extended periods without quality deterioration.

5 cm x 15 cm OIL CATCHER sheets were dipped into each of the following oils for 30 seconds except one with C heavy oil for 1 minute and another for 2 minutes. Then, the increase in weight was calculated. Room temperature was 25 degrees Celsius.

For Printing Industry
• Use as a filter in the mixing tank and the water circulation systems.

Usage Instructions:
• Generally, offset inks have viscosities between 300-500C.P.
• On average, 1 square meter of ES-100 is capable of absorbing 6 liters of oil in 3 minutes. Originally, this material was designed to prevent accidents by stopping the spread of oil from an oil tanker. Therefore, it has outstanding absorbing capacities..
• The material itself will not break poisonous gasses out if it is destroyed by fire.
