Katsura has been designing specialized rubber materials for numerous major Japanese manufactures. Our materials have been effective in manufacturing lines for films, papers, metal plates, textile, plywood, etc.
Due to technological advancements in the past few years, more functionality is expected in industrial rubber rollers. We have developed additional techniques for special surface treatments like grooving, crowning and chemical treatments to realize better transfer of substrates, better nip properties, etc.
