FILM REEL ROLLER

Features:

1. Reduction of film waste
Step mark which appears on the initial layers of film where the film overlaps is absorbed by our high-resilient rubber applied on the reel roller. This will reduce the step mark which transfers to the initial layers.

2. Reduction of deflection by choosing a suitable inner core
Deflection of core is one of the causes of wrinkles of film during the winding. Various type of inner core is available at Katsura.

3. Various range of rubber is available
We offer various range of rubber depending on the customer’s request such as Anti-static, low-hardness, Sticky and so on.

Antistatic Contact Roller WHITE EC 200 SERIES

Features:

  1. Contamination and wrinkles on film are reduced with Antistatic rubber. Static which affect the film winding quality is also reduced.
  2. Abrasion resistant rubber prevents damages by film edges, allowing long life.
  3. Slippery surface treatment “Subelux” allows low friction against the film which prevents film skewing and wrinkles.
  4. Excellent Impact resilience allows minimum deformation of rubber.

Antistatic Cleaner Roller EC CLEANER SERIES

A light-colored sticky cleaning roller for removing dust and contamination
  1. Soft rubber in various levels of stickiness removes dust and contamination from the film.
  2. Stickiness does not transfer to the film.
  3. Reduces static problems caused by friction and release with its antistatic property.
  4. Stickiness recovers by cleaning.
  5. Good weather resistance and ozone resistance.
